The strategy call is 15 minutes. There is no sales pitch, no slide deck, and no pressure to commit to anything. It is a direct conversation about your current situation: what is taking up your time, where your operations are breaking down, and whether a dedicated VA is the right solution for where you are right now. If it is not the right fit, we will tell you that too. The goal is clarity, not a close.
Most new clients arrive to the strategy call thinking they need help with one or two tasks. By the end of the first 30 days, the average THC client has delegated far more than they expected — because once you have a reliable person handling the obvious things, you start seeing everything else that should not be on your plate. After the strategy call, the matching process begins. Your Client Manager selects from the available VA pool based on your industry, timezone, tool stack, and working style. Most clients are matched and onboarded within 48 hours. The onboarding session is structured — you walk your VA through your top five priorities, your preferred communication channels, and any recurring tasks that need to be in place from day one. After that, your VA gets to work. Your Client Manager checks in at the end of week one and week four to make sure everything is running the way it should.
